HOW TO GET THE BOOKLET?
- If you are not yet a Kaki Korea Club member CLICK HERE to register.
- All you have to do is to answer the survey HERE and provide us with the particulars listed below:
- The code generated after you have completed the survey form.
- A copy of your flight itinerary details (Must contains the passenger's name as per IC or Passport and travel date must be within 2016) together with your Kaki Korea Club member username and your e-mail address written on top of your document.
- You are need to present the IC or Passport during redemption for verification purpose.
- If you would like to redeem for others, please make sure that the flight details contain the passengers' names as per IC/Passport (you will need to present their IC or Passport details as well) and each one of them has completed the required survey. Click HERE for the survey.
WHERE CAN I DO THE REDEMPTION?
- Kindly visit Korea Plaza (Ground floor, Menara Hap Seng, Jalan P.Ramlee) to redeem the items. Don’t forget to bring the required documents (flight itinerary hard-copy) as well.
- For those who are unable to come to Korea Plaza to collect the booklet, you may follow these steps below:
- Prepare a self-addressed stamped envelope which should be in the size of C4 (229mm x 324mm) with a RM 3.50 stamp attached OR suitable self-addressed parcel by POS Laju (size: at least 280mm x 200mm or bigger). The delivery period will follow the POS Malaysia standard period. If your booklet quantities are more than 3, kindly provide a bigger parcel envelope with suitable size (for more booklets, bigger envelope/parcel size). You may also use other courier service as well as long as the self-addressed envelope/parcel size is suitable for your redemption.
- Kindly send all of the required documents such as the flight details (must contains the redemption participants' names and travel date in 2016 only), copy of IC or Passport, the Survey Code, the Kaki Korea Club user ID and email address for each of the redemption participants.
- Please take note that the delivery will only be done within Malaysia.

- We will process your redemption once we have received your envelope/courier. Please take note, it will take about 5-7 working days for us to process your envelope/courier.
Survey period: Until 15 December 2016
Travel period: Within 31 December 2016
Terms and Conditions
- The redemption is open strictly only for Malaysian citizens, currently residing in Malaysia.
- The applicant must be a member of Kaki Korea Club. CLICK HERE to register.
- Korea Tourism Organization will not bear any cost involved during the redemption process, including loss of postage during delivery.
- Korea Tourism Organization reserves the right to make any changes to the rules at any time without prior notification, and reserves the right to replace any gift with another of up to equivalent value without notice.
- Korea Tourism Organization also reserves the right to disqualify any members / entries without having to enter into any correspondence on their decisions.
- Korea Tourism Organization reserves the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend the event should technical errors or other causes beyond Korea Tourism Organization’s control affect the administration, security or proper operation of the event.
- Korea Tourism Organization reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
- Korea Tourism Organization is not required to enter into any correspondence regarding the administration of the event, and its decision on any matter is final.
